About Rodel
Born and raised in humble beginnings, Rodel’s journey began in an environment where aspirations were limited to meeting immediate necessities such as paying bills and sustaining daily life. Dreaming big was neither encouraged nor considered achievable. Driven by a deep desire to support his family, he ventured overseas, enduring challenges and sacrifices to work abroad and send money back to his home country, the Philippines.
Today, he proudly serves as the Co-Owner of Coco Deli, a thriving social enterprise based in the Philippines. Cocodeli is dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative products from coco sap, lettuce, and mushrooms. Beyond business, Cocodeli’s mission is to uplift local communities, support farmers, and champion environmentally friendly practices, ensuring each step positively impacts society and the environment.
Rodel is also a passionate web designer and developer. He is the founder of Vanguard Maverick, a digital marketing agency that empowers small businesses to build a powerful online presence. Through creative strategy, clean design, and meaningful technology, Vanguard Maverick helps dreamers and doers share their voice with the world—proving that even small ventures can shine in the digital space.
He wrote the book “The Unreasonable Why” to share his story and inspire others, conveying the message that regardless of one’s current circumstances, dreams deserve the chance to be realized. Through perseverance, resilience, and unwavering belief, he hopes to encourage every reader to never let their dreams die.
